EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

30-DAY KICK PEACH GUARANTEE

KICK PEACH offers a 30-day money back guarantee on our products. We know that our products “Kick Peach”and we want you to feel confident when you purchase from us.

This policy allows you to understand our exchange and return policy completely.

KICK PEACH  EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Products may be exchanged within 30 days of the date of the order.
  • Products will be exchanged after the product has been received by KICK PEACH  . Please see the Return Procedure below.

KICK PEACH  RETURN POLICY:

  • Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of the product order.
  • Products which have been damaged in transit may be replaced if the customer notifies KICK PEACH within five (5) days from the date of delivery.
  • Orders returned to KICK PEACH due to unsuccessful delivery (i.e., three (3) delivery attempts, customer moved, customer provided incorrect or incomplete address) may be subject to additional shipping charges to have the product resent.
  • Customers who return their products for a refund will receive the refund to the original method of payment made for their purchase, including taxes and initial shipping charges.

Refunds will appear in the account within 5-7 business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Customers should contact support@kickpeach.com to start their exchange or return process.
  • Once the process has started, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.  This will allow us to connect your return to your order and allow us to process your exchange or return as quickly as we can.
  • Customers will receive a shipping label from KICK PEACH via email to return the products to KICK PEACH . 
  • To process the exchange or return quickly, KICK PEACH must receive the items back at our return center within seven (7) days from when the RMA number was issued.
  • Once the items have been received by the KICK PEACH return center, customers will receive an email from KICK PEACH indicating that the exchange or return has been processed.
  • Unauthorized returns or orders received without an RMA number will not be processed for return or exchanged until or unless the customer contacts KICK PEACH regarding the reason for the return.
