SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment. Standard US domestic-delivery time is three to five business days. Processing & delivery times may be affected by seasonal volume.
APO orders do not have standard delivery times as available carriers and services vary on shipping location. APO forwarding and warehouse processing times are also dependent on shipping location and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Options
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS dependent on address type and location. KICK PEACH currently ships to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and US APO Addresses. KICK PEACH does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Rates
KICK PEACH applies free ground shipping on all orders. Customers may upgrade for expedited priority shipping at time of checkout for faster service. This rate may change based on service timelines.
Order Tracking
After checkout, Customers will receive an email confirmation of their order. Customers who have opted-in to receive SMS/MMS Text alerts from KICK PEACH will receive tracking information and updates on their order via SMS/MMS.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been received, a change of shipping address cannot be made.
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order leaves the KICK PEACH distribution center, the order may not be canceled, intercepted, or otherwise redirected.
KICK PEACH BEAUTY reserves the right to review and cancel any order(s) received and may cancel orders that violate the KICK PEACH Terms of Use Policy. Any order reviewed may be canceled for any reason and the order refunded to the card on file at the discretion of KICK PEACH BEAUTY. In the event an order is canceled by KICK PEACH BEAUTY an email will be sent to the email on file for that order.
