Payment Information

When you purchase our Products, any credit card information you provide as part of your payment is collected and processed directly by ourpayment processor(s). We do not receive or store your credit card information. Kick Peach commits to working with payment processor(s) who align their practices with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and other industry standard security protocols. Cookies, Advertising, & Tracking

From time to time, our Sites may collect and share your information through the use of cookies, pixels, and related technologies for the purpose of identifying and authenticating users, preventing fraud, enhancing our Sites, and to tailor content to you.

California Minors

Do Not Track

Our Sites may, from time to time, collect information about your online activities, over time and across different sites and applications. When youuse our Sites, Third Parties may also collect information about your online activities, over time and across different websites, online or cloudcomputing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Shopify and the Kick Peach Store Kick Peach hosts an online store, and that hosting service is provided by SHOPIFY Inc. (“Shopify”). Shopify provides Kick Peach with online shopping via an e-commerce platform that allows Kick Peach to share, promote, and sell Kick Peach products to you.  When you engage with Kick Peach’s online store (“Store”), your information and data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and application.  Shopify stores your information on a secure server behind a firewall.

  1. PAYMENT GATEWAYS: If you opt to make a payment using a payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data, secured through an encrypted Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase transaction is stored only for the duration in which it takes to complete your transaction and is deleted upon completion.
  2. PCI-DSS: PCI-DSS is a set of security standards regulated by the PCI Security Standards Council. The PCI Security Standards Council is a joint effort in partnership with leading card providers such as American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and pay-over-time merchants such as After Pay; and ensures the secure handling of credit card information by the Store and it’s service providers.
